Hi there! I can’t believe it’s June already! I feel like I was just wearing my winter coat and boots, and as much as I love the winter, I am thrilled to be in flip flops. I’ve been enjoying my vacation of endless sunshine in the Mediterranean, and this week I’ll be soaking up the Tuscan sun in Italy’s most beautiful region. So instead of my own recipes, this week’s meal plan is going to be a collection of some of my favorite recipes from other bloggers. I’ll be back next week with all new dinners that are perfect summer time meals! Here is what’s on the menu:

A few notes about this week’s dinners:
There are no slow cooker meals this week, but all of these meals are so simple and easy that I’m hoping you won’t even miss the slow cooker!
My Greek Orzo Salad with Dill would be a perfect side dish for the grilled chicken or the salmon.
Just a note on the Sloppy Joe recipe. If you do not follow a Paleo or Whole 30 diet you can replace the Coconut Aminos ingredient with Soy Sauce. This is an ingredient you can find online or in some health food stores.
