Ingredients

For the Chicken: – 4 large chicken breast – 3 tsp onion powder – 3 tsp garlic powder – 2 tsp smoked paprika – 2 tsp coconut sugar or brown sugar – 1 tsp ground cumin – 1 tsp dried thyme – 1 tsp allspice – 1/2 tsp cinnamon – 1/2 tsp sea salt – 1/2 tsp black pepper – 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper – 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil For the Pineapple Salsa: – 1.5 cups diced pineapple – 1/2 cup diced tomatoes – 3 tbsp diced red onion – 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro – 1 lime (juiced) – 1 jalapeno pepper, diced* (seeds and membrane removed) – pinch of sea salt
