Ingredients

For the Chicken: – 1 cup roasted and salted almonds – 2 tsp Italian Seasoning – 1.5 lbs chicken breast or cutlets – 4 tbsp melted butter or ghee – 2 cloves garlic minced – 2 cups marinara sauce* For the dairy -free "cheese" sauce: – 3/4 cup raw cashews – 1/2 cup chicken broth – 2 tbsp nutritional yeast – 2 tsp dijon mustard – 1/4 tsp sea salt – fresh basil for serving – zucchini noodles for serving

In a food processor, pulse the almonds with Italian seasoning.

Pulse until it resembles a coarse mixture. Set aside in a flat bowlor plate.
