– 1 lb ground turkey – 1 lb ground turkey sausage* – 1 tsp curry powder – 2 tsp ground basil – 1/4 tsp ground ginger – 1/2 tsp garlic powder – 3/4 cup almond flour – 1 egg beaten – 2 tbsp coconut oil – 1 medium yellow onion chopped – 1 red bell pepper chopped – 2 garlic cloves crushed – 2 tbsp chopped fresh ginger – 3 tbsp Thai red curry paste – 1 14 oz can + 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk – 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil or cilantro – 1 tsp salt + more to taste – 2 limes Juiced
