Dandelion Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 cup chopped dandelion greens
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp marine collagen protein powder or a plant-based protein powder
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • pinch cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except cinnamon in a blender and blend until smooth (about 45 seconds). 

  2. Pour into a tall glass and top with cinnamon.
