Ingredients

  • 2 cups dairy free milk (flax milk, coconut milk, almond milk, etc)
  • 1.5 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 large avocado
  • 2 cups loose spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a high powered blender, add in all ingredients (spinach leaves last).

  2. Blend for at least 2 minutes on a high setting, until smoothie is thick, smooth, and creamy. Serve immediately.
