10 minutes and a handful of ingredients is all you need to make this simple Frozen Yogurt Bark! You'll love the crunchy granola topping and raspberry taste.
Prepare a large sheet pan by lining with parchment paper. Pour the greek yogurt into a large bowl.
In a high powered blender, blend the raspberries, maple syrup, chia seeds, and 3 tbsp water. Blend until smooth (you may need to add more water) and a jam consistence is created.
Add the raspberry jam to the greek yogurt and mix until smooth. Pour into prepared sheet pan and smooth into one equal layer of about 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch in thickness. Sprinkle with granola.
Transfer to the freezer and let harden for 1-2 hours. Remove from the freezer and cut into bark pieces. Store in an air tight container or ziplock bag in the freezer. Do not let sit out for long as the pieces will melt!
*You can also use coconut flakes and diced nuts in place of granola.
