Tahini Cilantro Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic minced or crushed
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp Tamari soy sauce or Coconut Aminos for Paleo diet
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Use as a vegetable dip or on top of your favorite salad!
