Mango Basil Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups unsweetened non dairy milk almond, flax, cashew, etc.
  • 1 mango de-seeded and cut into chunks*
  • 1/2 cup loose basil leaves
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Optional:
  • Protein Powder 1 scoop (this one is my favorite)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high powered blender.
  2. Blend until basil is completely incorporated and drink is smooth!
  3. Add protein powder for an additional nutrient boost.
