Ingredients

celery salt

onion powder

tsp
garlic powder

oregano

dill weed

plain greek yogurt
1/3

low fat sour cream
1
avocado
1
clove
garlic
minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1
tbsp
white vinegar
1/4
cup
hemp seed
1/4
cup
water
Sea Salt to taste
Instructions
Combine first seven ingredients into a small bowl and mix well.
Add yogurt, sour cream, avocado, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, hemp seed, and water into a food processor. Pulse until almost smooth.
Add in dry ingredients and pulse until completely smooth. You may need to add in additional water to desired consistency.
Salt to taste.

This dip will only keep well for 2 days.
