Ingredients
3/4
cup
rolled oats
3/4
cup
flax milk
any milk is fine, but this is what I like
2
tbsp
chia seeds
1/4
cup
peanut butter
1/4
cup
jam
I used raspberry
Sliced bananas
optional
Instructions
The night before, combine the first five ingredients, and place into a a glass jar or bowl. Refrigerate.
In the morning, pour into a bowl and give it a good stir.
Add bananas if using, serve cold and enjoy!
