Overnight PB & J Oatmeal

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup flax milk any milk is fine, but this is what I like
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup jam I used raspberry
  • Sliced bananas optional


  1. The night before, combine the first five ingredients, and place into a a glass jar or bowl. Refrigerate.
  2. In the morning, pour into a bowl and give it a good stir.
  3. Add bananas if using, serve cold and enjoy!
