Assemble your salad. In a large serving plate, place arugula on the bottom. Top with peach slices, avocado slices, blackberries, mint leaves, and pine nuts. Sprinkle with chili pepper (if using).
Whisk together your dressing: in a small bowl whisk together oil, lime juice, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. You can also place in a small jar with a lid and shake.
Drizzle dressing over salad, and lightly toss. Serve immediately.
