For the dressing:
– 1 cup fresh loose basil leaves
– 1 clove garlic crushed
– 3 tbsp honey*
– 1/2 tsp ground pepper
– 1/2 tsp coarse salt
– 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
– 1/2 cup olive oil
