Ingredients

– 1 15 oz jar of marinated artichoke hearts – 1 large egg – 1 tbsp milk (can use dairy-free) – 1 cup blanched almond flour – 1/2 cup finely diced pecans – 3 tsp Italian seasoning – 1 tsp garlic powder – 1/2 tsp sea salt – 1/2 cup ranch dressing* (for dipping)

Drain the artichoke hearts and gently pat dry with a paper towel.

1. In a small bowl mix together the dried spices: oregano, paprika, thyme, rosemary, & salt.
