– 2 cloves garlic (minced)
– 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
– 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 tsp kosher salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 8 oz marinated artichokes (drained)
– 3 cups fresh spinach
