Chai Spiced Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flax milk or your favorite dairy-free milk unsweetened
  • 1 small - medium sized banana
  • 6 tbsp hemp protein or pea protein powder*
  • 2 tbsp hemp or chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter*
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cloves

Instructions

  • Mix together all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Serve immediately!

Notes

*For a Whole30 approved shake, use the Hemp Protein Powder.
*Any nut butter can be used in place of cashew butter.
