Ingredients

flax milk or your favorite dairy-free milk
unsweetened

small - medium sized banana

tbsp
hemp protein or pea protein powder*

tbsp
hemp or chia seeds

tbsp
cashew butter*

tsp
cinnamon

tsp
cardamom
1/2
tsp
ground ginger
1/4
tsp
cloves
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
Serve immediately!
Notes
*For a Whole30 approved shake, use the Hemp Protein Powder.
*Any nut butter can be used in place of cashew butter.
