Ingredients

filtered water

cup
chopped dandelion greens
1
banana
1
cup
fresh or frozen berries
1
tbsp
marine collagen protein powder or a plant-based protein powder
1
tbsp
honey
optional
pinch
cinnamon
Instructions
Place all ingredients except cinnamon in a blender and blend until smooth (about 45 seconds).
Pour into a tall glass and top with cinnamon.
