Green Goddess Dressing

This Dairy-Free Green Goddess Dressing is made with fresh herbs and avocado for a creamy base. 10 minutes and a food processor or blender is all you need!

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp capers (drained)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 garlic clove (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil or olive oil

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender, combine avocado, lemon juice, fresh herbs, dijon mustard, capers, water, garlic, and salt. While motor is running pour in avocado oil or olive oil.
  • Continue to blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to pause and scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Add in additional water by the tablespoon if dressing is too thick.
  • Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
