Grilled Hawaiian Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 can of coconut milk 14oz
  • 1/2 cup Tamari soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 lbs chicken breast

Instructions

  • Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well.
  • Add chicken.
  • Marinate for at least 1 hour, up to 12 hours.
  • Grill for approximately 15 minutes on each side while continuing to brush with marinade.
  • Serve with rice, vegetables, quinoa, or even pasta.

Notes

*For a Paleo dish, use coconut aminos in place of soy sauce*
