Ingredients

can of coconut milk
14oz

cup
Tamari soy sauce
1/2
cup
honey
Juice of 1 lime

chicken breast
Instructions
Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well.
Add chicken.
Marinate for at least 1 hour, up to 12 hours.
Grill for approximately 15 minutes on each side while continuing to brush with marinade.
Serve with rice, vegetables, quinoa, or even pasta.
Notes
*For a Paleo dish, use coconut aminos in place of soy sauce*
