Ingredients
1.5
cups
unsweetened non dairy milk
almond, flax, cashew, etc.
1
mango
de-seeded and cut into chunks*
1/2
cup
loose basil leaves
1
banana
1/2
cup
ice
Optional:
Protein Powder
1 scoop (this one is my favorite)
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a high powered blender.
Blend until basil is completely incorporated and drink is smooth!
Add protein powder for an additional nutrient boost.
