Slow Cooker Dark Chocolate Almond Clusters

- 1 lb dark chocolate (roughly chopped)
- 3/4 cup almond butter
- 2 cups roasted almonds (roughly chopped)
- 1 cup pomegranate arils
- sea salt
Toss the chocolate, almond butter, and almonds into your slow cooker. Set on low for 2 hours. After 1 hour, check on the chocolate mixture and give it a good stir. It may even be perfectly melted and ready at the 1 hour mark!
While chocolate is cooking, line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss in the pomegranate arils and stir. Drop by the spoonful the chocolate mixture on the parchment paper. Sprinkle with sea salt. Let sit at room temperature until hardened (about 1 hour), or transfer to the fridge for 30- 45 minutes until set.
