Ingredients

olive oil

apple cider vinegar

canned pumpkin

maple syrup

+ 1 tsp liquid smoke

crushed cloves garlic

chopped fresh ginger

tbsp
freshly chopped sage

pumpkin seeds

cumin

pumpkin pie spice

tsp
sea salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Pulse until smooth, add more salt to taste if needed.
Notes
*If you prefer a more tangy dressing (I do), use 1/2 cup vinegar to 1/2 cup oil.
