    Amy – awesome food I’ve rediscovered and so much new stuff.
    My food allergies have kicked in massively.
    What can I use instead of almond flour.
    I can’t do: gluten wheat dairy almonds rice soya peas egg whites plus a few other things.
    You use almond flour a lot but wondered if I could use something else?

    Love you’re site.. I was wondering about your hormone smoothies. Do you go with organic products for you powders, maca, cacao, hemp? I would like to stay with natural instead of unnecessary ingredients if possible. Getting ready to make some over the weekend.
