Dark Chocolate Almond Brownie Energy Bites

Chocolate cravings are easy to satisfy with these Dark Chocolate Almond Brownie Energy Bites. They're quick to make, easy to grab on busy days, and taste surprisingly close to a brownie while offering a little extra staying power.

Ingredients

  • 15 whole pitted dates
  • 3/4 cup raw whole almonds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until dough begins to form.
  • Stop and scrape the sides of the bowl. Pulse again until most of the almond pieces are broken and the dough is easy to form.
  • Roll into small balls (about size of 1 tbsp).
  • Enjoy immediately. You can also store in refrigerator or at room temperature in a closed container.
