- 2 cups Jasmine Rice
- 6 - 8 cups Water
Begin by bringing a large pot of water to a boil. You will need at least 3 times the amount of water to rice. You do not have to measure, but just make sure you have a significant higher amount of water.
Pour rice into the pot. Set the time for 10 minutes.
When 10 minutes are up, drain the rice in a colander and let sit for at least 5 minutes or until completely cooled. Rice should be perfectly cooked at this point and ready for any side dish. You can also refrigerate and re-heat for another time.
