Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie Bowl with Toasted Coconut

Ingredients

  • For the Smoothie Bowl:
  • 1 cup Chobani® Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter crunchy or smooth is fine
  • Additional Optional Toppings:
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened toasted coconut chips or shredded coconut*
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Sliced bananas

Instructions

  • Begin by placing Chobani®, milk, banana, and peanut butter in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into bowls.
  • Top with toasted coconut, bananas, cinnamon, and honey.

Notes

Coconut chips usually already come toasted. If not, you can quickly toast unsweetened shredded coconut in a large skillet for 3-4 minutes over medium-high heat.
