Protein Packed Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie

This Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie is loaded with protein and other nutrients like fiber, healthy fats, and antioxidants. Healthy and just like your favorite fall coffee drink! Easy to make in less than 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or your favorite dairy-free milk
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 shot espresso or 2 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds optional
  • 4 tbsp collagen protein powder

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth. Serve immediately!
  • Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
