almond milk

raspberries
frozen or fresh

peach
cut into chunks

banana

fresh loose spinach leaves

chia or hemp seeds
Instructions
Place all ingredients into blender (except chia seeds).
Blend until smooth without any chunks.
Add chia seeds.
Serve immediately!
