The night before, mix together your first 5 ingredients into a bowl, and place in a large glass jar (bowl or tupperware is also fine).
Top with blueberries, raspberries, and coconut.
Place into the fridge.
In the morning, the oats will have soaked up the liquid. Give it a good stir, and serve! You can add nuts, granola, or chia seeds as another healthy option with a crunch.
