Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Pork tenderloin
  • 1 medium onion sliced into rings
  • For the Sauce:
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Place pork tenderloin inside slow cooker. Top with sliced onion.
  • Prepare the sauce. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients: ketchup, apple cider vinegar, worcestershire sauce, buffalo wing sauce, honey, liquid smoke, dry mustard, and garlic powder. Pour on top of the pork.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours (it could be ready in as little as 6 hours, this will depend on your slow cooker).
  • Remove the onion. Shred the pork tenderloin with a fork. Serve with sliders, greens, in a bowl of rice, or in a wrap.

Notes

*This recipe can be easily doubled to serve a crowd. You may not need all of the sauce, adjust to your taste. This recipe also freezes well.
