Grilled Taco Burgers will transform your burger game forever! Deliciously seasoned ground beef patties are topped with all kinds of goodies giving you a super tasty and fun way to enjoy your 2 favorite foods: tacos and burgers! Paleo and Whole30 approved.
You guys……We’re taking Taco Tuesday to a whole new level! I’ve combined two of our household favorite foods, tacos and burgers, to create the ultimate delicious meal. Thanks to my little guy who had the idea of combining these two. Let’s just say, here was the feedback:
“Game Changer! I won’t eat a burger any other way!” says the 10 year old who normally doesn’t care for burgers.
“This is every food I love. It tastes like a combination of burgers, ribs, and tacos!” says the meat loving little guy.
I’ll let you take their word for it! And seriously, what’s not to love? The husband and I were obsessing over the spiced up burger that was grilled to perfection and then topped with everything we love: onion, tomato, guacamole, cilantro, and jalapeño peppers. These goodies are an obvious must!
You can serve these several ways: inside a hamburger bun, wrapped in romaine or greens for a low carb version, or on top of grilled slices of sweet potatoes for a Paleo/Whole30 variation.
I’ve topped these with my 1 minute guacamole and some lime juice. We served with a easy green salad for the perfect summer evening meal!
Just in time for 4th of July, these are sure to be a hit with everyone!

Thank you for the recipe! Here in México we also have a dish called “Taco”, but the dish consists in food inside a folded tortilla. What do you call “Taco” in your country? Because I see there is a ‘taco seasoning’, but I’ve never seen something like this in my country. Thank you again!
Great recipe, especially given everything you have going on!
Delicious!!
