Nature's Greens Sweet Garden Sauté cooking in a pan, including mixed veggies, quinoa, and lemon slice.

I think January should officially become the month of “eating all the greens”. Are you on board with this plan? I don’t know about you all, but I’m still on a reset from the indulgence of the holidays. Let’s just say a few too many glasses of wine and cookies………

You too??

So here is my plan of action. It’s quite simple really.

Eat all the veggies. And eat everything green.

Breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner. This is all I want!!

My other requirements: EASY. Most days, I have a very limited amount of time to eat lunch, or throw together a side dish for dinner. And let’s be honest, eating a bag of spinach isn’t exactly satisfying.

On my quest to find all the green things, I recently discovered Nature’s Greens Seasoned Sautés. Let’s just say I’m a bit obsessed. Like, I made this meal three times this past week obsessed.

I am always on the hunt for convenient and nutritious meals that make my life easier. They also must have quality ingredients that are nourishing, satisfying, and of course, delicious!!

The Nature’s Greens Seasoned Sauté Sweet Garden is packed with plant based protein with both quinoa and black beans. With a kale base, other veggies are added to create a super simple meal that is made in less than 10 minutes! The combination of crunch from the veggies and tangy sweet taste from the seasoning, really makes this meal taste amazing.

Seasoned Saute’s can be found at your local Aldi. They have been a perfect addition to a few dinners for us this week. I feel so much better knowing I can throw this into a sauté pan and give my entire family a delicious veggie side! My kids are now huge fans.

Look how easy this is to throw together!!
