I am about to change your life with this recipe. A bit dramatic I know, but hear me out on this one. If you love salad, or you have kids, you will want this in your refrigerator. I first stumbled across a tahini dressing from the Food Babe a few years ago. Her version was slightly different, and I initially made a few changes. I later realized that the version I made is similar to the ingredients in a Goddess dressing that you can find bottled in most supermarkets. But, it’s way better than anything you’ll buy at the store. I can’t stop eating it. 2 years later, and there is always a bottle in refrigerator. This dressing is also the only way I was able to get my non salad eating 7 year old, Miss Carbivore, to eat salad.
It’s full of nutritious powerhouse ingredients such as tahini, lemons, apple cider vinegar, garlic, cumin, and cilantro. You can omit the water if you want to make it thicker and use as a vegetable dip. Pepperoncinis dipped in this dressing is one of my favorite snacks. You can throw it on top of any of your favorite salad dressings. I always have a jar, and often go through 2 a week. I have nicknamed it, “Amy’s House Dressing”. You’ll love it. I promise.

Yes, I would add in some more water and just adjust to the consistency of your choice!
