Easy and Healthy Easter Recipes!

It’s that time of year where spring is in the air, good produce is abundant, and brunch is everyone’s favorite meal. What a wonderful time of year! Whatever your Easter looks like this year, I am confident you will all love this roundup for Healthy Easter Recipes.

As a nutritionist, I love to give everyone healthy options that are still comforting and delicious for a special holiday. It’s so easy to do by loading up with spring produce! So sit back and let me help you plan your meal. So many delicious options for salads, sides, mains, and desserts. Oh, and if you’re planning a brunch spread as your main meal, plenty of delicious options there too!

Before we get started, if you need some inspiration on how to hard boil eggs in the Air Fryer, or for a way to use up hard boiled eggs, you’ll want to check out this post on Avocado Egg Salad! I’ve also included hard boiling eggs in the air fryer in the recipe card at the bottom of this post.

Healthy Brunch Recipes:

I love making a special breakfast and brunch for holidays. April and May are brunch season, so it’s so fun to go all out! Here is a wonderful list of both savory egg dishes and baked goods so that everyone can eat something they love.

Healthy Salad Recipes:

I love a gorgeous salad for any holiday, but they are extra fun during spring when so many fruits and veggies are at their peak! So many options here, that sometimes I just choose more than one to make.

Healthy Vegetable Side Dishes:

In my house, we can never have enough vegetables on the table! These side dishes are all vegetable heavy, and sure to be a huge hit.

Light Main Courses

In recent years, I’ve been wanting to do more lighter main courses so that the star is on the vegetable sides and salads! You can always do a traditional ham or turkey, but maybe you want to switch things up with a salmon or chicken dish.

Light and Healthy Desserts!

And for the grand finale, Dessert! Traditionally, we think of Carrot Cake when we eat Easter dessert. I have a fantastic Carrot Cake recipe, or carrot cake bars if you want something easier. BUT, don’t forget about chocolate!! I’ve included a nice variety of chocolate, fruit desserts, and carrot cake. All of these recipes are gluten-free and Paleo.

I hope you all have a wonderful holiday! Be sure to tag me on Instagram @wholesomelicious if you make any of my recipes!
